  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Coverage

Mehzin currently ships across India. We are continuously working to expand our delivery network to serve more locations.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities and Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specified value.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Mehzin offers a Cash on Delivery (COD) facility for eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.

Please note:

  • COD availability depends on the delivery location and order value.
  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout, if applicable.
  • Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Mehzin reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain locations, products, or customers based on order history and operational considerations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing tracking details. You can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Mehzin is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
